Could a Convention of Counties be Greater Idaho’s Path to Success? (SNSY)

With the Greater Idaho movement being ignored by the Oregon legislature, a new approach is needed to bring about the result of Eastern Oregon counties joining Idaho. With the Oregon state government now trying to push more tyrannical agendas down the throats of Eastern Oregon residents, should Greater Idaho now start taking back more self-governing responsibilities? Should the counties be setting up their own revenue streams through sales taxes and setting up a regularly-meeting Convention of Counties from among the Greater-Idaho-endorsing counties? Would these be effective ways to wean themselves off reliance on the state government in Salem and set their own policies separate from the agendas in Salem?
