Senator David Bullard has been our guest before. For example, you've seen him on the program championing individual health care vs socialized healthcare and the Governor's awful change from state managed care to privately managed care.

After the initiative petition that put medical marijuana on the ballot for a vote, Bullard decided to look at making some changes to the initiative petition process. As one would imagine, the Left had a fit and screamed that it was restricting the public's access to their government. But so did many conservatives.

How could ONE bill gain the ire of so many, yet still pass the House and Senate and become signed into law?

Senator Bullard will talk about the changes Friday morning during the ROPE Report regular podcast. You'll want to read the bill - https://www.oklegislature.gov/cf_pdf/2025-26%20ENR/SB/SB1027%20ENR.PDF - and then tune in to talk about the changes with Senator Bullard.

DON'T COMPLAIN ABOUT THE PROCESS IF YOU WON'T TUNE IN AND LEARN BY ASKING QUESTIONS AND LISTENING!
