If you can’t cook it, don’t eat it.

Some of you still think eating healthy is expensive. No. What's expensive is being sick. What's expensive is weakness.

I've been a carnivore for 3 years. I cook all my meals. I don’t order garbage. I don’t beg the system to fix me. I take control.

Those are hard-boiled eggs. Wrapped wieners with bacon. Done in the oven — 30 minutes. No carbs, no sugar, no excuses.

I grew up cooking. My mom had me in the kitchen at 4 years old — homemade butter, ice cream, cookies. She taught me to be capable. She didn’t raise a man-child who needs Uber Eats to survive.

But now? People can’t cook a damn egg. They’re too busy scrolling, complaining, medicating — and wondering why they feel like hell.

If you're tired of feeling like garbage, get in the kitchen.
If you want real strength, stop relying on food apps and pills.
If you want to change your life, learn to feed yourself like a warrior.

No secret sauce. No influencer BS.
Just meat. Discipline. And doing the damn work.

🔥 Carnivore life.
💪 Built from fire.
📆 3 years strong.
🧠 Clarity. Strength. Simplicity.
🥓 If you can’t cook it, don’t eat it.
