A smooth and creamy baked mango cheesecake that melts in your mouth. Made without a crust, it’s all about the rich, tropical flavor of ripe mangoes — naturally sweet, perfectly golden, and baked to soft, dreamy perfection.

Ingredients :

-Mango 1 cup chopped
-Sugar 3/4 cup ( Cheeni )
-Whipping Cream 3/4 cup
-Cream Cheese 500 Grams
-Eggs 3
-Corn Flour 3 tbsp
-Vanilla Essences 1 tsp

Direction For Baking :

-Take a blending jar add eggs , cream cheese , whipping cream , mango , sugar blend until make a smooth paste.
-Add corn flour , vanilla essences blend again for 2 -4 mins until fully mixed.
-Take a baking tin apply cooking oil place butter paper , transfer this cake mixture into baking tin and tap for twice.
-Preheat the oven at 150°C , bake for 50 -60 mins then let it cool.
-Refrigerate for 5–6 hours (or overnight) before serving.
-Enjoy with your family and friends.
