Bus driver nearly decapitates passengers after crashing into a low bridge and ripping off the top

NEW: Bus driver nearly decapitates passengers after crashing into a low bridge and ripping off the top of the bus in the UK.

The driver has since been arrested on suspicion of “causing serious injury by careless driving.”

20 people were injured with a few sustaining serious injuries to their heads.

This was the second time that a bus got its top ripped off at this location.

A 19-year-old woman, a man in his 20s and another man in his 40s, sustained serious injuries and are still in the hospital.
