The whole point of the Russia hoax was an effort to delegitimize and destroy Trump's candidacy and presidency. Leaks from the FBI, Department of Justice, and intelligence agencies, along with a fabricated Steele dossier and a false narrative about Russia wanting Trump elected, were used to undermine him and DNI Tulsi Gabbard has the evidence. Barack Obama was aware of these efforts and ordered a misleading intelligence assessment to support the claims.
