BIOGRAPHY —JULIE THREET:

Julie Threet “Is the Voice of the Vaccine Injured.” Threet worked at the mass vaccination clinics so now she is a Butte County whistleblower, having amassed a lot of evidence of fraud and willful misconduct. That fraud and willful misconduct includes a $225,000 bribe from Department of Health and Human Services Secretary Xavier Becerra in March 2022 to run a Pediatric Vaccine Challenge through Chico over four months. Secretary Becerra specifically targeted Chico out of all California because of parents' “vaccine hesitancy.” So, he traveled to Chico and met in private with select pediatricians and county officials. They established vaccine pop up clinics around Chico, where children were present, for four months. Threet has all the proof and video.

Threet was injured by Moderna, and has microangiopathy, tinnitus and three detached retinas. She has endured five emergency eye surgeries. To this day her health has never returned to “normal.”

When Enloe Medical Center in Chico (where she worked as a Patient Ambassador and Board member) required the booster in January, 2022, she was then forced to resign a job she loved. Her purpose in life was gone. She was alone and a widow. She started fighting back for answers and have given public comment 41 times before Butte County Supervisors demanding they stop. Through FOIA she got all the batch numbers for the three products and showed them the toxic lots.

On August 15, 2022, Julie’s Mom, Jane Williamson, died on vacation from four shots of Moderna. She was perfectly healthy. She died suddenly from "sudden cardiac event," per Wyoming State Pathologist, who has assured her he has tissues waiting once there is a definitive test to prove vaccine death. The County Coroner initially called it "SADS" because there was nothing wrong.

On November 11, 2023, she started going to the California State Board of Pharmacy meetings in Sacramento to give public testimony about the VAERS data for reports filed from a California pharmacy. To date she has appeared eleven times. They have had an additional 16 people die, from her first meeting to most recent meeting in June. She won't stop advocating for the injured at the hands of a pharmacy and will continue to stop COVID-19 vaccine administration at these non-medical facilities.

In October 2024, she decided to join another public health whistleblower —Ronald F. Owens Jr., and travel to other counties each week to deliver the cease-and-desist message. With 28 counties down so far, Julie Threet has traveled more than nine thousand miles.

There has been progress. In Shasta County they were successful in helping get Shasta County Health Officer Dr. James Mu to tell the citizens about some of the harms, after Shasta County Board of Supervisor Chairman Kevin Crye asked him to meet with the two medical freedom fighter road warriors. They met with Placer County Supervisor Bonnie Gore last March. And they with Riverside County Sheriff (running for California Governor) Chad Bianco last month. Sheriff Bianco pledged to get accountability should he win in 2026.

Threet is a certified expert with the National Vaccine Information Center who runs reports from VAERS. She also works with Albert Benavidez of VAERSAware.com to help victims file their VAERS Reports. Furthermore, she is a licensed co-author on a fetal demise research paper led by Florida obstetrician-gynecologist and maternal fetal medicine specialist Dr. James Thorp. She regularly co-hosts Twitter X Spaces in a large community called “Stop the Shots” almost five thousand members).

BIOGRAPHY — RONALD F. OWENS JR.

Ronald F. Owens Jr. was an Information Officer 2 at the California Department of Public Health’s (CDPH) Office of Public Affairs—now Office of Communications— from March 2, 2009 to December 31, 2023.

During COVID he informed management about COVID-19 vaccine risks. Since retiring as a CDPH whistleblower, he independently emailed all 58 California County Boards of Supervisors (BOS) in July and December 2024 that COVID-19 “vaccines are killing people...,” according to what Department of Health and Human Services Xavier Becerra said during the “Convening on Equity” White House summit on April 14, 2022.

He is following up that written notification —emailed to 296 county-elected and 62 administratively appointed (358 total recipients) local officials throughout the state—by appearing before every BOS meeting and speaking during public comment on matters not on the agenda.

At the end of the day on July 22, 2025, he would have ridden more than 9,600 miles on his Can-Am Spyder (two tires in front/one tire in back) motorcycle to 40 BOS meetings. He and Julie Threet have urged Supervisors to direct County Health Officer to stop promoting, administering, and distributing COVID-19 vaccines. At the date of this writeup, he has 18 BOS in-person appearances to go.

Owens earned an Associate of Arts degree in social science from Sacramento City College in 1980 and a Bachelor of Arts degree in government/journalism from California State University, Sacramento in 1986. Julie texted him and indicated that she was in the chambers. He, surprised she drove from Butte County to San Francisco, looked around the room but didn't see her. She sat behind him but didn't know that he was sitting in front of her. It was comical. Even though what they’re doing is serious, a little bit of levity lightened the serious load.
