Grounds for appeal? The Mistrial of Lucy Letby

Hello and welcome to today’s tea break which is my layman’s submission for grounds for appeal on behalf of Nurse Lucy Letby.
Feedback most definitely appreciated

I’m afraid I might have become addicted to the subject of LAW, which I suppose is at least a good subject to be addicted to

Today’s tea break includes more on the Memorandum of Understanding, answering a great comment from last week, a dash of forensic science, a smidge of the regulators code of conduct for all expert witnesses and voila tea is served

If you stick around until the end I even share my own forensic claim to fame from 1998 (yeah I know I don’t look old enough!)

Ps – forensic techniques will have also moved on a great deal since 1997 and 1998, but the core principles will remain the same!
