Imagine walking into a courtroom. Would you just “wing it”? Of course not. You would have your case prepared, your demeanor respectful, and your approach methodical. The same applies when we enter the courts of heaven. We cannot approach God’s throne carelessly or without preparation.

The Lord gave me a metaphor that I want to share with you: just as my brother, a high ranking attorney, appointed by The Governor General, who has argued and won numerous times in the Supreme Court of Canada, never walks into a courtroom without observing strict protocol, we too must honor the heavenly court with thanksgiving and praise before we present our case. God’s court has gates, vestibules, and courtrooms, each requiring a progression of worship and reverence.

Enter His gates with thanksgiving: This is the front door. Before stepping into the presence of God, we must offer thanks for the privilege of access.
Walk through the vestibule with praise: This is the hallway of justice where we prepare ourselves to face the divine docket.
Stand in the courtroom with reverence and respect: Here, we present our petitions and decrees, fully aware of the righteousness and power of the Judge of all judges.

Without this protocol, we risk being “chewed up and spit out” in the spiritual battle. We must come with a clear strategy, a heart full of praise, and an unwavering trust in the Lord’s justice.

The Battle Is Spiritual: Trusting the Invincible King of Glory

Our battle is not fought with guns or knives but with spiritual authority. Some put their trust in chariots and horses, but we put our trust in the Lion of the tribe of Judah, the King of Glory. He is invincible in battle and righteous in judgment.

Psalm 82 speaks of the counsel of the gods who have mismanaged the affairs of men, and God is bringing a judgment against these spiritual rulers. We are called to bring these principalities into the courtroom and demand divine justice.

It is important to remember that this fight is not against people but against the powers behind the scenes. The “puppet masters” who control earthly leaders are themselves puppets of these dark forces. Our warfare is against these spiritual forces of wickedness, and through our decrees and prayers, we cut their strings and bring freedom to our nations.

Recently, the Lord gave me two prophetic words, through Veronika West and Eric Maison that align closely with the message of Nahum and the unfolding spiritual battle:

“Abba Father says to you today, my love is like a shield that keeps you safe from evil communications and false accusations.”

“Count it all joy when the world hates you because of your association with me. Give thanks always, even if you don’t feel like it. Praise Me in all things, not for them.”

These words remind us that God’s supernatural love protects us from the arrows of the enemy. Even when we face misunderstanding, false accusations, or opposition from those once considered allies, we are to remain rooted in thanksgiving and praise. This posture breaks every barrier and ushers in breakthrough.

Another word the Lord gave declares:

“I have chosen you for an assignment. You will not be overtaken by adverse winds. I have made a way of escape and a place of shelter. My name is a strong tower, and the righteous shall run to it and be saved.”

“Your battles are ending. The hurdles are falling. The walls of resistance are tumbling down. I have prepared a place for you. Set your face like flint, and do not fear.”

These promises are anchoring us to faith as we prepare to present our case in heaven’s courts and see divine justice prevail.

The Book of Nahum: A Prophetic Blueprint for Judgment and Restoration

In studying the book of Nahum, we find a prophetic pattern that applies directly to our present-day spiritual battle. Nahum pronounces certain destruction on Nineveh, the Assyrian capital, a city known for its brutality, violence and opposition to God’s people.

Just as Nineveh was spared temporarily after Jonah’s message, but later faced irreversible judgment due to unrepentant sin, so too are the powers opposing God’s kingdom today facing judgment. The Assyrians’ cruelty and corruption mirror the spiritual principalities and wicked rulers who have poisoned our food, water, education, identity and media.

We stand at a moment where God’s patience has run its course, and His vengeance is about to be revealed:

“The Lord is a jealous God, filled with vengeance and rage. He takes revenge on all who oppose Him. The Lord is slow to anger, but His power is great, and He never lets the guilty go unpunished.”

“Who can stand before His fierce anger? Who can survive His burning fury? His rage blazes like a fire, and the mountains crumble to dust in His presence.”

Yet, even in this fierce judgment, the Lord remains good – a strong refuge for those who trust Him. This is the great and terrible day of the Lord, a time of shaking that will bring justice and restoration.

Cutting the Strings of the Puppet Masters: A Vision of Divine Justice

Over the past few years, we have been decreeing the cutting of strings that control the puppet masters – the spiritual rulers manipulating governments and societies. A recent prophetic dream revealed the fall of these puppets, including prominent political figures, as their strings are cut and they fall lifeless to the ground.

This is a sign that the works of wickedness and corruption hidden in darkness will be exposed. The stage is set, the curtains are drawn back, and the spotlight of heaven is shining on the nations. No longer will these powers operate in secret; their plans will be revealed and dismantled.

This vision aligns with the prophetic word that the sword of the Spirit will suddenly and swiftly sever the strings of the puppet masters, causing the Jenga tower of political and spiritual corruption to wobble and fall.

In another vision, Veronika West saw a large Jenga tower representing the government mountain. Barack Obama appeared as a puppet master carefully removing and repositioning blocks, while another figure, the Kingmaker, also made strategic moves. The tower grew unstable, leaning dangerously, until finally, it collapsed in a loud crash, scattering all the pieces.

This vision reveals the instability of the current political systems and the shifting balance of power. As one falls, another will rise, but ultimately, the tower will come crashing down, and the true King will keep His crown.

This is a call to watch and pray as the divine unraveling unfolds. The party games of political maneuvering, deception, and confusion will give way to a checkmate, signaling the end of corruption and the establishment of God’s righteous kingdom.

Preparing for the Assignment: Walking Through the Storm Unscathed

The Lord has chosen us for this critical assignment. We will not be overtaken by the adverse winds blowing around us. Instead, we will walk through the storms with eyes fixed firmly on Him, like a flint, unshaken and unafraid.

Though the chaos may seem overwhelming, we are the carriers of His glory, the light in the darkness. We must be prepared, standing firm in faith and obedience, ready to see the walls of resistance fall and the yoke of bondage broken.

As we prepare for what lies ahead, remember these truths:

Enter the courts of heaven with thanksgiving and praise, observing the proper protocol.
Trust in the invincible King of Glory who is righteous and just.
Declare the cutting of the strings of the puppet masters and bring the counsel of the gods into judgment.
Stand firm in love and faith, knowing that the Lord’s protection surrounds you.
