Why Did GAGOP Chair Josh McKoon Delay Returning $ in Frost Family Ponzi Scheme?

Georgia Republican Party (GAGOP) Chairman Josh McKoon faces scrutiny for delaying the return of $36,843.97 in contributions linked to the Frost family’s $140M Ponzi scheme, which defrauded over 300 investors. Despite SEC action and a receiver’s appointment, McKoon waited 10 days after the receiver’s devastating status report to issue a statement and return the funds, raising questions about transparency and GAGOP’s ties to the Frost family. Critics, including Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger, acted swiftly to return tainted donations, while McKoon’s delay and vague statement avoiding naming Frost family members fuel speculation of deeper involvement or financial cover-ups within the GAGOP. Our constitutional officers are all voted on together and every 8 years you end up with a new slate of officers. In Georgia we have a promotion system where the Governor appoints you. We would like to get an attorney general that will work for us and with Trump’s DOJ. The secretary of state has to be ready for the next election system for the 2028 election. Then we were thrown the rigged election of the GAGOP state officers where we exposed the financials of the GAGOP where McKoon may be using for personal expenses.
Now we have the $140M Ponzi scheme by the Frost family. The AJC is making sure that everyone knows the Frost family. “First liberty sold faith and MAGA loyalty. How conservative media helped.” Don’t know how much John Fredericks received from the Frost family. He helped them reach people. Now John Fredericks feels duped by the family and feels bad for the victims. John Fredericks has been so entangled in the woven fabric of lies along with Josh McKoon and Salleigh Grubbs. First Liberty was also an advertiser on the Erick Erickson radio show, Hugh Hewitt, Charlie Kirk, not only were they advertisers but they also gave personal testimonies of the company.
In the consent judgement, Brant IV, the father, took complete blame for the scheme. The consent judgement is a general statement that the defendants will cooperate. There are landmines everywhere. Everyone has lawyered up. The AJC and others are going to continue to develop the story. You cannot separate the GAGOP from the Frost family, as they are giving back the money thinking they can be separated. Josh McKoon is not chairman without Brant V and Frost family. Someone will be a whistleblower soon, they will go to the receiver or the FBI. There are federal jurisdictions and mail fraud.
When you have something like this and politics are combined somewhere there is quid pro quo. The receiver is saying there is a lot that has to be shifted through. They have to go through the banks.
Salleigh Grubbs made a statement yesterday, to her credit that she has never invested in First Liberty. Where is the statement from Josh McKoon that he never invested anything or never encouraged anyone to see the Frost family. Josh is a lawyer. The statement he made and the check that was cut is all lawyering up.
Someone sat Brant IV down and told him there is a problem. And just like that he pleads the Fifth.
Keep in mind that the Receiver is in place for 10 days. There are candidates out there that got money from the Frost family and they don’t know what to do. It is not to Josh McKoon or Alex Kaufman, nothing is confusing here. One the same day that Brad Raffensperger sent his money back, he knew he could just send it back to the receiver. The GAGOP acts like it took forever to find it. What were they waiting for? For the dad to plead the Fifth. The GAGOP is not on the up and up. Then they waited for the Receiver's status report which is devastating. The stories coming from victims of First Liberty trying to get the deeds after the loans have been paid off and are using the property to solicit more funds on the victim’s property. The Receiver intends to closely scrutinize the improper use of investor funds used as charitable donations or campaign contributions and to seek the return of all such funds to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Will the receiver look at the GAGOP books?
After Brant IV pleads the Fifth, the Receiver is looking closely, after article, after article pointing out the money given to the GAGOP and how embedded the Frost family is in the GAGOP… then Josh releases a statement 10 days after the receiver was appointed but immediately after the first status report. Josh McKoon has been told to shut this down. Josh gets a check for $36,843.97 for the contributions between 2021 and present. The GAGOP Inc is financially strapped, he had to get the money from somewhere. The Receiver is telling you that the Ponzi scheme was from 2014 until now. In Josh’s statement, how many times do you see “Frost family,” Brant Frost V, Katie Frost, Krista Frost. This is legal BS. Why didn’t Josh name the family members in the statement?
