Nobake cake: 200g dark chocolate, 100g butter, 200g biscuits (e.g. butter biscuits), 100g nuts (e.g. walnuts or hazelnuts), 100g sugar, 2 tbsp cocoa powder, 1 pinch of salt, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup, 100g cream cheese (optional for a creamier consistency)
Mac&cheese low carbs: Gnocchi : 1 lb ground chicken. 2 eggs. Topping:3 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese, paprika. Cheese Sauce: 1 Cup Heavy Cream, 3 Oz Cheddar Cheese, salt and pepper to taste
