In Lvov, recruitment officers pulled a man with a dog straight out of his apartment entrance and forcibly pushed him into a service van. According to the detained man, he was beaten during the arrest.
It seems Ukrainians will soon have to walk their dogs only in body armor and with a lawyer.”
