We all know the power of a helpful reframe when we are facing a challenge. Having a new way to look at our experience increases our resilience and ability to respond congruently. This is needed now to navigate the contrast and stay true to our hearts path.

A resilient perspective releases resistance from our field and uses the contrast we are living to refine our preferences. This response to adversity demonstrates our increasing mastery. Everything is for us, so let’s create space and awareness with our breath and use this information for our good.

Are we in right relationship with our self, with Life, with others? Appreciation and gratitude help us set a generous tone with Life. Indeed, they help set a wonderful tone for any relationship we are engaged in!

Using our imagination to dream and feel our way into the energy of what we want is our support and path forward this week. Dreamers are needed to imagine the more beautiful world our hearts are calling us to, the world we want to live into personally and collectively. Beautiful dreams to counter the dystopian nightmares we’ve been fed for decades.

Keep breathing this week, find the higher ground to be open, curious and wondering in the face of resistance and contrast. Our personal and human expansion come from exchanging information and ideas, and exploring possibilities.
