Hard to dispute what has happened here in this WA carpark, with the parking mode capturing some pretty clear vision (and a few witnesses in the back ground too) while the owner was away from the vehicle.
Not much info in with this clip but needless to say the ute driver was aware what had happened! Insurance company chased up the driver and dash cam owner did not have to pay any excess because of the clip provided.
