a PCEngine is not a computer (critique)

I read this and couldn't help but talk about it. so many things grind my gears with this one folks.

1. dracula x was not that popular... if it was, it wouldn't be as expensive as it is now

2. don't advertise emulation when you can easily get this on modern gaming

3. do better research... was not on pc, was on the japanese turbo grafix 16cd
