Jovan-Texas Flood 2 - What ISN'T Happening, according to Jovan (It's NOT Man-Made)

Lots of good info here, that also doesn't support the conclusions he draws from it IMO. For example, he says cloud seeding only lasts a short, finite time, and implies that this disproves climate engineering, and then for the rest of the talk he's telling us he debunked climate engineering. As Wigington explains in upcoming clip, the cloud seeding does not create rain crystals, but draws the rain from somewhere else it would have landed otherwise (where nature wanted it to go). This then has a domino effect on these other areas, where that rain then doesn't go. The affect of cloud seeding on neighboring areas is a component of geoengineering: using the cloud seeding to redistribute where the rain lands. So as Jovan says, it can be used to prevent desertification, which isn't inherently nefarious (although Wigington says it's absolutely destructive to nature & God's plan & will destroy the world if it continues). But, THIS ****IS**** CLIMATE ENGINEERING. It's not just creating rain crystals over a dry area: it affects neighboring regions, they affect the ones next to them, and so on, long after the initial clouds turn into rain. So conflating that phenomena with cloud seeding is a fallacy.

The other thing is he attacks podcasters who say the floods were man-made instead of disputing someone like Wigington who is an expert. The one guy said it hasn't rained like this in 100 years, and then Jovan starts talking about another flood as proof the man was wrong, then he says under his breath that flood was 90 years ago. BTW, Wigington has detailed the history of climate engineering over that 90-100 year period on his site geoengineeringwatch.org. And many news sites have described the current flood as a thousand year flood. I have no idea if Wigington cataclysmic predictions are accurate, but the theory appears to be on fine footing, and nothing Jovan says here addresses it.
But this is good info if you take the spin off.
