Vietnam to ban fossil-fueled motorbikes, sparking concerns over cost and livelihoods

The Vietnamese government has announced plans to ban petrol-powered motorbikes in the center of its capital, Hanoi, by July next year.
The move aims to tackle one of the world’s worst air pollution problems.
But many people say they can’t afford to suddenly shift to e-bikes.
