A captured Syrian prisoner held by Druze fighters in Sweida admits he is an official soldier in the Syrian Ministry of Defense - but entered the area disguised as a "Bedouin tribesman".

According to him, his commanders instructed him to pose as a Bedouin to avoid Israeli strikes, in case it was revealed that Syrian regime troops were involved. He was told he was on a mission to "liberate Jerusalem".
