If God said it, then it’s time for us to believe it and live it out.

Let me remind you of a truth that must be embedded deep inside your spirit: the same power that raised Jesus from the grave lives in you and me. That power is unstoppable. It moves mountains, calms raging seas, and commands life to rise from death. We have hope because His promises are true, and in His strength, there is nothing we cannot do. So today, I want to prepare you—not with a soft, sugary message, but with the truth that will arm you for what’s coming. We will not be overtaken; we will not be overcome.

The Spiritual Battle Is Real: Understanding the Courts of Heaven

We are engaged in a spiritual battle that goes far beyond flesh and blood. The enemies we face—political figures, systems, and nations—are merely vessels for deeper powers, principalities, and rulers of spiritual wickedness in the heavenly places. This battle is fierce, and the stakes are high. But the great news is that the courts of heaven are open, and we have access to them.

For years, I have operated in the courts of heaven, but always as a defendant—coming to defend myself or others against the accusations of the enemy. Yet, the Lord is now revealing a new strategy: it’s time to come into the courtroom not as defendants, but as prosecutors. It’s time to accuse the accuser himself.

Psalm 82:1 says, “God has taken His place in the divine council; in the midst of the gods He holds judgment.” These “gods” are the spiritual rulers appointed to oversee the affairs of the earth for our benefit. However, many have rebelled and become corrupt, working against us. Judgment is coming for these spiritual rulers of wickedness, and we are called to bring the case against them.

From Defense to Prosecution: A Paradigm Shift

Most believers don’t understand the courts of heaven. They come to defend themselves, trying to silence the accusations against them. But that only silences the accuser temporarily—he will find another way to accuse. The Lord has said, “Stop bringing your defense and start bringing your prosecution.”

This means we must actively bring charges against the enemy for what he has stolen from us: our nations, our freedoms, our natural resources, our truth. It’s time to hold the enemy accountable in the courts of heaven, where God is the righteous judge who will rule in our favor.

Imagine a class action lawsuit in heaven, where we bring the collective case of the nations against the devil and the corrupt spiritual rulers working through governments and systems. This is the spiritual warfare we are called to engage in.

Preparing Your Case: What Has Been Stolen and How to Present It

To prosecute effectively, we need to gather evidence. This is not about petty grievances or personal complaints; this is about high-level spiritual theft and fraud. The enemy has stolen what God gave us by birthright: the earth and everything in it. He has manipulated governments, stolen natural resources, silenced the truth, and tried to shut down the church.

But God’s word tells us that fraud vitiates every contract. If the enemy gained control through lies and deceit, those contracts are null and void in the courts of heaven. We must identify these areas of theft and false accusations and present them clearly.

We will look to scripture for precedent—examples where God has restored what was stolen and repaid double or even sevenfold. For instance, when David pursued his enemies, God promised he would recover all that was lost and more. Job was restored double after his trials. These are not just stories; they are legal precedents for our case.

How to Participate in This Spiritual Prosecution

This is a collective effort. I need your help to compile a list of what has been stolen or corrupted. Think broadly: natural gas, minerals, timber, fisheries, sovereignty, truth, freedom of worship, and more. Nothing is too small or insignificant to bring before the court. Every piece of fraud, every act of spiritual theft, every lie that has been used to steal from the people must be included.

We will gather these points, study scripture, and build a strong, irrefutable case. This is not a one-person job—it’s an ekklesia, a governing body of believers, rising up in authority to reclaim what belongs to us.

The Power of Your Words: Speak Life and Decree Victory

Remember, you are prophetic. The Bible says life and death are in the power of the tongue. What you speak, you will see. So, clean up your speech. Bless those who curse you, pray for those who spitefully use you. Do not give the enemy ammunition by speaking words of anger or bitterness.

There is grace for the humble, and God’s Spirit strengthens us beyond our natural ability. Our words are powerful weapons in this spiritual battle. We must decree truth, justice, and victory, not only in our lives but over our nations.

The Example of Healing and Grace

God reminded me recently of the woman with the issue of blood in the Bible. She was healed because of her faith and her respectful approach to Jesus. Likewise, when we approach the courts of heaven with respect for God’s statutes and precedents, we position ourselves to receive healing and restoration.

We must repent for careless words and actions that have given the enemy a foothold. This is not condemnation but correction so we can walk fully in God’s promises.

The Moment Has Come: Rise Up as Prosecutors, Not Defendants

The Lord has declared: “All rise, for God now comes to judge as He convenes heaven’s courtroom.” This is our moment to bring our accusations against the enemy and demand justice. We will no longer sit on the defensive, waiting for the next attack. We will stand up, take authority, and prosecute the adversary.

God has assured us of victory. The verdict will come swiftly, and judgment will be rendered against those who have stolen and oppressed. The enemy will be incarcerated, and restoration will come to the nations.

This is a heavy but glorious assignment. It will require faith, unity, and perseverance. But we are not alone—God’s Spirit is with us, guiding and empowering us every step of the way.
