The $140 million Ponzi scheme orchestrated by Edwin Brant Frost IV and First Liberty Building & Loan has rocked Georgia’s political landscape, yet the Georgia Republican Party (GAGOP) remains eerily silent. Federal regulators allege Frost defrauded 300 investors, misappropriating funds for lavish spending and funneling money in political donations, many tied to GOP candidates. The Frost family, deeply embedded in the GAGOP, with Brant V and Katie Frost holding key roles, used their influence to funnel tainted money into campaigns, raising questions about complicity. Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger has urged politicians to return these “ill-gotten gains,” but few, including Kandiss Taylor, have complied. The GAGOP’s lack of response, coupled with Chairman Josh McKoon’s silence, fuels speculation of deeper ties to the Frosts. Grassroots activists like Amy and Kylie Jane Kremer demand accountability, calling for the Frosts’ removal from party positions, yet no action has been taken. There is nothing worse than a corrupt system with corrupt politicians pulling political stunts.
Tim Fleming is running for Secretary of State. If Jon Burns has made a deal with the Senate and with the governor. Jon Burns, or his ring of fire of corruption, will push someone into supporting a candidate with the donation from a leadership PAC. Victor Anderson was supposed to be chair of the Blue Ribbon panel on elections. Then Tim Fleming slides in as chairman 72 hours before the first meeting. Who made him chairman, Jon Burns. Jon Burns has anointed Tim Fleming. Tim Fleming might be a nice guy but we are so tired of the anointment of candidates. Then Jon Burns racks up some endorsements for Tim Fleming.
Burt Jones sets up the committee to study the state income tax. If the state gets a dollar from you they will not illuminate the $ from you. They should be talking about property taxes and be serious about it. If you think they are going to give you a dollar here don’t think they won’t take it from over here. They will not claw back these tax abatements from Hyundai and Kia and the movie industry.

People are starting to get back their money from the First Liberty Building and Loan. We have hours of tape of what took place. The Frost family, 3 are employees of FLBL, and mom is the homemaker and writes a lot of campaign checks. Brant V, Katie and Krista are all tied into the GAGOP. The GAGOP has not released a single statement, they are complicit. There is much more that is hidden. Why wouldn’t the GAGOP or any politician take the high road? Come out with a check and cameras to give the money back. The opinion is that they are so woven in with the Frost family. Brad Raffensperger knows that there are people that cannot unravel from the situation.
Greg Dolezal, who wants to run for Lt Gov of GA, there is so much smoke around him where he has millions invested in FLBL. Once the fabric comes apart, there are politicians that will be finished. There are lawmakers that wanted to invest in FLBL and they didn’t want their name tied into the investment.
We talked about Amy Kremer’s letter asking for resignations and removal of the Frost family members. Remember Amy pointed out that Katie Frost is the chair of the financial oversight committee. Remember that Mike Crane replaced BKP as 1st Vice Chair of the GAGOP and was the chair of the 2025 State Convention. Mike Crane got $30K from the Frost family in the 2024 primary.
A GA man accused of running a Ponzi scheme contributed to 3 Alabama officials. Brant IV contributed $71K to Alabama State Auditor Andrew Sorrel, who made a $29K loan to one of Frost’s companies.
Alex Kaufman is Brant IV attorney, he is also the legal counsel for the GAGOP. Wonder if the other family members are hiring attorneys. Brant IV is trying to take the blame for all of the crime. Is there loyalty and silence part of the purchase. Krista Frost gave Kandiss Taylor $3500 3 days after the state convention. Recently Kandiss posted, she can’t be bought. She doesn’t answer to donors, lobbyists or political families? Why doesn’t she return the money from the Frost family. Kandiss has been asked, she is not giving the money back.
The Frost family used $1.4 million in campaign contributions to build political clout in GA and across the nation over the past two decades in GA, AL, ME, FL and elsewhere.
Kandiss Taylor is waiting for the SEC to tell her what to do. She would normally tell you to do the right thing and give you Bible verses on what to do, but in this case she is waiting for the government to tell her what to do.
Remember the Frost family used the money defrauded to vacation in Maine spending $230K between 2019 and 2024 on a vacation home. They took the money under the guise of Christainty.
Kylie Jane Kremer has put some things out that are truthful. In GA when a person runs for a party office they do not have to disclose donations. WE know there was an enormous amount of money that was spent that has not been disclosed. Kylie is asking how much money did they receive from the Frost family for their campaigns for the GAGOP office.
In GA they use the blanket of “do not speak ill of a fellow republican” to cover up the corruption. There are people all over the state there to say “Don’t attack another Republican.”
Why the silence? Did they buy the silence?
We have to clean this up now. We have candidates that are running for office. The AJC is not going to let this go and the democrats are going to let it go and go when there is silence and the GAGOP is allowing it to keep going and not stopping it. This takes the entire focus of the party. We need to remove the Frost family from the GAGOP if we are to win the 2026 election.
