July 6, Neighbor going in & out 34 times

For more than 6 months now, this has been my neighbor's main way of trying to bother me. The walls are fairly thin in our apartment complex. He knows I can hear everything he does. His apartment has a back door that he could use, but that would mean he can't bother me with the noise.
