The Truth About James Gunn's Superman Box Office

With a backwards international/domestic split despite another very strong domestic showing (over 60% of the box office coming from the domestic market), I believe it is time for the most passionate James Gunn's Superman fans to admit that this one might not be as popular as they might have thought...the simple fact is that while this film is on track to make its money back (how much depends on what the actual budget is and not what one hopes it to be), there is a strong chance it will end its run lower than both Man of Steel and Matt Reeves' The Batman...before even adjusting for inflation.
