Greek Lamb Chops with Garlic & Rosemary

Lamb chops are a delicious cut of meat. But what do we do with it besides salt & pepper? Well the Greeks have figured it out. This recipe keeps the lamb juicy, and takes out any gaminess. And grilling the meat makes this recipe even better.
☆Recipe☆
•4-6 Lamb Chops •2 Garlic Cloves, minced
•2 Fresh Sprigs Rosemary, chopped •2 TBSP Olive Oil
•2 TBSP Red Wine Vinegar •1 TBSP Lemon Juice
•Salt & Pepper to taste
*If you bake in the oven, cook at 400°F for 15-20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 135°F, or to your liking.
*Marinate the lamb for 30 minutes to 2 hours.
