Book Reviews: Bringing Columbia Home: The Untold Story of a Lost Space Shuttle and Her Crew

This weeks book tells the harrowing, sorrowful tale of the last flight of NASA's orbiter shuttle Columbia and her tragic ending on February 1, 2003 over Texas and Louisiana, and the massive recovery efforts that took place in the affected communities to bring Columbia and her crew home. Told by the pre-orbit team manager Michael D. Leinbach and author Jonathan H. Ward, this book had me crying every time I picked up, but I could not put it down.

1 1⁄2 ounces vodka
1 1⁄2 ounces light rum
1 1⁄2 ounces dark rum
4 -5 ounces Sprite
1 dash pineapple juice

Put all the liquor in a shaker with ice and ice. Pour over ice in a highball glass and top with Sprite and a splash of pineapple juice, with a lime twist for garnish.
