Another American bread experiment

"This man saw the videos where bread could be wrung out like a sponge underwater and return to its shape, so he tries to do the same thing with the bread but dry. He crumbles it up like a ball. It remains absolutely perfect.

I saw this and I consume the same bread. I did, same outcome.
