This here is my
425lbs
hack squat, current "medium" rep range - basically means my target reps is 10, at least including spots or self spots.

First Set/Top Weight.

I am using my hands to spot myself so that I can get more stimulus past when I can not get any more full reps on my own. This builds muscle and strength very well as long you rest well enough and eat properly.

What's your most dreaded leg exercise? 🦵 🤔 👀
