Second Week Of The Rapid Fat Loss Protocol Is Done

I finished the second week of my version of the Rapid Fat Loss Protocol. The results were great. My average weight decreased 1.6 pounds and I'm starting the next week .8 pounds lower than the previous week. Not too shabby!!!
Keep in mind that the Rapid Fat Loss Protocol is not for everyone. It should only be done in specific contexts/situations. It can be used when preparing for an event, but it would be better to start earlier and follow a slower approach most of the time. However, if you get behind, you can lose this approach to catch up, so to speak.
