Stop buying sausages at the store

Ingredients:

1.5 kg brisket
1 tbsp salt
2 bay leaves
0.5 tsp peppercorns

water
onion peels (from 5 onions)

Spices for sprinkling (per 1 kg of meat):

1 tsp paprika

1 tsp black pepper

1 tsp dry garlic

1 tsp basil

Place the meat in a container, add salt, bay leaf, peppercorns, peels and water. Bring to a boil and cook for 1 hour. Then mix the paprika, pepper, garlic and basil, sprinkle the brisket with this mixture. Wrap in parchment, let cool and put in the refrigerator overnight. Afterwards we get gorgeous, tender meat
