Canton Cops, Groomed for Corruption

If Brian Albert (now retired, BPD) was a "FIXER", was Colin Albert groomed to be his replacement? Did John O'Keefe SEE SOMETHING he was not supposed to see? Was John O'Keefe eliminated as a "witness"? Why did Higgy have special privileges at Canton PD? Among so many cops in addition to Canton PD-- BPD, ATF, Staties, DEA, etc.-- why is Canton the nexus? Are young boys in Canton groomed to be sociopaths, for corruption?
