I will be offering a 15-week college-level course on dealing intellectually with conspiracy theories. Because they are theories, the same principles that apply to the evaluation of scientific theories are applicable to conspiracy theories. I explain how it's done, where you will learn about the nature of thought, of mind, and of reasoning. Examples will include classics like JFK, 9/11, and the moon landings but also extend to the more recent examples of "Pizzagate" and the COVID pandemic, while returning (as a finale) to the most controversial of all, the TRUE history of WWII!

The course is on-line from the comfort of your own home. $150 tuition, with all course materials provided and a WINTER BREAK to catch your breath.

Conspiracy 101: Critical Thinking and Conspiracy Theories

Jim Fetzer, a former Marine Corps officer, has published widely on the theoretical foundations of scientific knowledge, computer science, artificial intelligence, cognitive science, and evolution and mentality. A magna cum laude graduate of Princeton who majored in philosophy, he earned his Ph.D. in the history and philosophy of science. He has received many awards and forms of recognition for his teaching and scholarship. He has also conducted extensive research into the assassination of JFK, the events of 9/11, and the plane crash that killed US Sen. Paul Wellstone. The founder of Scholars for 9/11 Truth, his books include The Evolution of Intelligence (2005), The 9/11 Conspiracy (2007), Render Unto Darwin (2007), and The Place of Probability in Science (2010).
