THE "MEAT" AMERICANS EAT

I created this video montage using a few videos about the "meat" that Americans eat these days. The first part of the video covers "hamburger", also known as "ground beef", which used te be ground up unused portions of meat from one butchered cow. These days, "hamburger" a.k.a. "ground beef" can be unused portions from hundreds or even thousands of different "animals". Note in this video, the man being asked about the "hamburger" being processed at the plant where he works actually SPECIFIED the word "animals", NOT just "beef". THAT is alarming in itself.

In the title screen I made it a point to inform viewers that safe ground beef, and even better portions of a steer can be purchased from various ranches across the USA that specialize in SAFE BEEF, much of it organic. You can find and purchase many various cuts of beef, including hamburger FROM ONE STEER, and an even higher quality of ground beef known as "ground chuck", which is ground chuck steak. Many ranches and butchers even take special orders so customers may order ANY cut of beef ground for them, such as ground sirloin, ground round (round steak), and others. SAFE BEEF CUTS CAN STILL BE FOUND AND PURCHASED, BUT IT DOES COST SUBSTANTIALLY MORE THAN WHAT CAN BE FOUND IN YOUR LOCAL BIG. BOX GROCERS AND LOCAL GROCERS.
If there is a local butcher in your area, you can ask if they have safe meats from local farms available for purchase. Some even sell game meats such as deer, elk, pronghorn, alligator, and other wild game meats.

We all need to do our own personal research to find the safe meats that we prefer.
There IS good quality meat available across the USA.
