The Javan Starling (scientific name: Acridotheres javanicus) is a very popular species of starling in Indonesia. This bird is known for its intelligence, easy taming, and ability to mimic human or other bird sounds. It is often seen perched on the backs of water buffalo, hence the name "jalak kebo."
