Aussiecams - Car rolls multiple times after clipping rope barrier Johns River

This small white car appears to have gone straight ahead on a bend on the pacific hwy and hits a rope barrier causing it to roll.
Truckie (dash cam) stayed until emergency services arrived.
Occupants were ok, but suffering injuries. Passenger was extracted. Emergency services shocked they walked away from the incident. It has been reported that this incident was a medical episode involving the driver.
