Aussiecams - Wet conditions, 4 lanes of traffic, what else could go wrong! Kilburn SA

Over to Kilburn SA this time. Van driver tries to cross a dual lane road in wet conditions and collides with dash cam driver. Van driver firstly pulls in front of oncoming traffic almost causing a collision in the opposing 2 lanes. then continues into the path of the dc vehicle, unable to stop in wet conditions.
DC driver reported the van driver did not have appropriate insurance cover.
