Aussiecams - P Plate UTE fails to see stopped traffic and collides with dashcam vehicle

A White SUV is waiting to turn into a driveway along this 100klm zone in Northern Nsw. P plater in a red ute fails to see stopped vehicles and collides into rear/side of dash cam car. Ute driver enters lane of oncoming traffic in an effort to avoid the collision. Ute driver stopped a short distance up the road.
