The Chosen Heroes - Ep.36: Special Guest NORMAN RABIN

Join Melissa this week for another episode of The Chosen Heroes with very special guest Norman Rabin!

Norman is pioneer in the targeting community; his targeting began covertly in 1986 and overtly in 1990 and has continued to present day. His targeting erupted after the U.S. Government learned he had innocently read a technical paper in 1985 that was written by a founding Ph.D. at the company he was employed. Norman was hired as a computer programmer at the time. The Ph.D. dissertation described a mathematical method to analyze signal processing in civilians for medical purposes. The author of the paper he read had done multiple projects for the U.S. Department of Defense. As a result of reading the paper, Norman began experiencing electromagnetic-signal assault and technology; which included neurological monitoring of body and brain, thought monitoring, 2-way interactive voice to skull communication with audible reading back of his thought verbalizations (without equipment), bodily assault, sleep disruption and mind-control attempts.

Norman’s advocacy for non-consensual testing and classified human research over the years is noteworthy and an inspiration. His advocacy began by attending a U.S. Senate Hearing in 1994 and there he was introduced to other victims. Norman has distributed thousands upon thousands of petitioning campaigns, letters and fliers within major cities over the years.

A few noteworthy achievements of Norman’s advocacy include:
Submitted Testimony to U.S. Senate Hearing of U.S. Senate Governmental Affairs Committee
Filed a lawsuit in 1998 (Case 98-cv-4435,E.D.N.Y.)
Contributed to the 1995 ACHRE (Advisory Committee on Human Radiation Experiments) report
Deeply involved in federal rulemaking challenges; including the 2015 NPRM (Notice of Proposed Rulemaking)
Key contributor to the 2008 Thermal Scanning Project
Testified to the PCSBI (Presidential Bioethics Commission) in 2010 and organized victim participation
In 2023, filed Plaintiffs' federal rulemaking challenge, along with 4 other victims (case is still a pending)

Norman has interacted with key figures within the targeted community over the years; including Tim White, Dr. Robert Duncan and Derrick Robinson (only to name a few).
His perseverance and resiliency to never give up and spread awareness about non-consensual human testing is an inspiration to us all.
