Lotus Leaf – A Synthwave Instrumental

Lotus leaves are hydrophobic and block water particles and dust particles via tiny little nanometer sized bumps on the surface of the leaf. This keeps the leaves afloat on water and constantly clean. Even when it rains the water droplets collect on the surface and surface tension gathers the droplets into a ball on the surface of the leaf. This phenomenon is called the lotus effect. That’s all for now, keep an eye out for lotus leaves on a rainy day.

Music was composed in MPC with synths such as Hype, OPx4, Jura and EZ drummer.
