Kate Middleton's personal assistant Natasha Archer has stepped down from her position after 15 years working for the royal family and plans to launch her own fashion and beauty business. There has been much speculation in the media about Archer's successor, and one of the main options is Ginny Chadwick-Healey; former Vogue editor and family friend of Kate and William, who, like them, studied at the University of St. Andrews.

Chadwick Haley, who worked with Kate during her maternity leave in 2019, has been praised for his natural and balanced approach to fashion. He helped Kate's style shift away from classic styles and towards more modern pieces, leading some to speculate that he has once again replaced Archer.

Chadwick-Hailey, like the Prince of Wales, has a balanced look between luxury fashion and affordable clothing, and her unpretentious approach to fashion has been appealing to Kate Middleton.

There are, of course, signs that this succession is highly likely. The Princess of Wales' mother, Carole Middleton, and Princess Beatrice have recently worn dresses from Chadwick Haley's limited fashion collection, which could be an indirect reference to his collaboration with the royal family.

Meanwhile, Wales assistant manager Jamie Arlam has also been mentioned as an internal option. A final decision has not yet been made, but whoever is chosen will have a sensitive and important task ahead of them. Filling Archer's void and continuing his success will not be easy.
