Why Does the TENANT Know the Eviction Date Before ME! This Is Not How This Works 😤

I call the courthouse to discuss with the clerk about our scheduled evictions — and I find out the tenant already knows the lockout date… before I do?
Absolutely not.
That’s not how it’s supposed to go down.
🔒 The Sheriff's Department is required to contact me first, confirm the date works for my schedule, then they notify the tenant — not the other way around.
Rest assured, we’re going to get to the bottom of this and we will be there on the day of the lockout.
