Mango Seviyan (Mango Vermicelli Pudding) is a rich, creamy Pakistan dessert that combines the delicate texture of roasted vermicelli (seviyan) with the tropical sweetness of ripe mangoes. Made by simmering fine vermicelli in milk until soft and luscious, it's then sweetened, infused with cardamom, and folded with mango purée for a fruity twist. Ingredients :

-Milk 1/2 cup ( Doodh )
-Mango Custard 3 -4 tbsp
-Milk 3 -4 Cups ( Doodh )
-Seviyan 1 cup ( vermicelli )
-Desi Ghee 1 tbsp
-Condensed Milk 1/2 cup OR AS PER TASTE
-Pista 2 -3 tbsp ( Pistachio )
-Badam 2 -3 tbsp ( Amonds )
-Mango Choped 1 + 1/2 cup
-Mango puree 1 cup
