Paul: the Twelfth Apostle

In this study we contrast the selection of Matthias as the twelfth apostle through casting lots, against the selection of Paul by God, after the arrival of the Holy Spirit. The important point being, appointments to ministry should be divinely led rather than determined by human criteria or practices.
