Low Radio Frequency As a Weapon ~ DARPA

“Why blow people up, when you can just drive them crazy?” Sounds perfectly logical. 🤔🤨
DARPA, the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency, has some pretty strange projects that sound a little sinister on their face. So is the case with these low frequency radio waves, that can target individuals and drive them, well, insane, for lack of a better word. I understand these are defense weapons, but if they were to ever be turned onto Americans or used unethically….we could have major issues to deal with. Kind of like Havana Syndrome, which have injured many.
