Peter is a professional land use planner and professional transportation planner. He has lived ten years in the Arctic and was hired by Alaska to Alberta Railway for community economic development and route planning. That project failed in 2021 due to financial mismanagement by the Chairperson. Peter has since spent 1000 hours pro bono developing a map of all the rail-appropriate corridors north of the Winnipeg-Edmonton CN mainline.
