"Teddy" (Sometimes simple is the scariest.)

At first glance, it looks like an ordinary teddy bear—soft, squat, and roughly two feet tall. But something is off. Its surface isn’t fur; instead, it’s covered in a pale, synthetic material eerily resembling human skin. Light pinkish tones with faint blue veins run just beneath the surface, and the texture is too smooth, almost waxy, like silicone or embalmed flesh.

Where stitching should be, there are uneven seams resembling surgical scars. Its button eyes are replaced with glassy, doll-like human irises, too lifelike to be comforting. The nose is a soft, rubbery approximation of a real human nose, and the mouth… it doesn’t move, but it's shaped like puckered lips, slightly parted, as if frozen mid-whisper.
