13:43 Rnd 2, heart rate is at 184 and recovers down to 165 after my breathing rate starts to increase
14:43 Rnd 4 started pushing the tempo aggressively again, HR up to 174 and then increases again trying to recover oxygen levels in the body by raising HR up to 180
16:24 end of Rnd 5, max HR dropping after body adjusting to oxygen levels
16:43 Rnd 6, HR hovering around 155, and back up in low intensity trying to recover
17:44 Rnd 7 HR stabilizing
18:14 time for the cowboy hat..
18:43 Rnd 8, HR starting at 160 and then climbs in low intensity back up to 171 attempting to recover the body
19:43 Rnd 9 pushing HR up to 172 and in low intensity HR climbs to 182 to recover the body
20:43 Final round, pushing HR to 178
21:13 HR increases to 188 to recover the body.
