What you have been told about the allegory of the cave is a straight up lie. I expose this lie, you can read along if you like, I bring the goods. I'm fairly upset that pop culture, so called modern 'philosophers', alleged intellectuals and academic scholars have all mis-represented this to you. I'm here to debunk their self deception, which they have spread to the world.
