Traffic Stop in Maryland with Lady Refusing to get out of Vehicle

The following video is a traffic stop conducted by the Maryland State Police, where a young lady refuses to get out of the vehicle. The Trooper observed the traffic infraction on the public highway however the young lady wasn't caught until she pulled into her driveway.
