A fire at a shopping mall in eastern Iraq killed at least 60 people. Officials said that many of them suffocated in bathrooms. The fire started on the first floor of the newly opened mall and quickly engulfed the five-storey building. The cause of this fire remains unknown. Iraqi PM Mohammed Shia al-Sudani has ordered an investigation to "uncover any shortcomings", his office said in a statement.
