John Fleming on 45Q Tax Credits

The Biden Administration lied to the American People several times, and one of them was the Infrastructure Bill. We were told it would improve highways and airports, like an infrastructure bill should. Instead, it wasted hundreds of billions of dollars on 45Q tax credits and did not benefit the taxpayer. It made friends with the Biden Administration and made them very wealthy.
