So Higgins disputed the Task Force findings/characterization and kept his own file, and Crane says the Task Force was a dog and pony show.

I don't know if Cullen's or anyone's data on the ground levels is right. He is a GPS pro, he says, I don't know if he really pioneered the GPS but I believe him that he's in that field. There was a question of his ground level even back then. I dont remember who was asking it but he was using the Google Earth data for the ground. Now he says he bought a $99 program. I doubt you can acquire state of the art tech for a hundred dollars so that's funny the way he keeps repeating that number. If the ground's off, it throws off the whole model.
But I wouldn't think that affects the bullet that has to go through Lucky Guy to hit that point on the rail from "Crooks" AGR spot. Anyway these are good observations.
